Asda Story Gives Players an Interesting Take On the MMORPG Genre
When you're looking for a different MMORPG, you might take a gander at Asda Story. This massively multiplayer online role-playing game was developed by MaxOn Soft Corp and was published in both a European and North American market. The open server originally launched on August 5, 2008 and in Japan and Korea, the game was originally called "MicMac Online". This Japanese service for MicMac was closed after two years on September 30, 2008.

One unique aspect of Asda Story is the Soul Mate system. In this system, you can become Soul Mates with another player and if one of you is offline, the other can help level up your character. Experience will then be stored for the Soul Mate who is offline and given to you when you log back in. Soul Mates will also have access to special skills that are available only to them.

This alone breaks from the typical game play aspects we seen in MMORPGs today which makes one deciding factor for many people to check it out. You can also dig for items which is a skill that is much like mining in other MMOs. You can dig anywhere except in the cities and towns. You just need a shovel to dig and you are provided with one at the start of the game. The nature and quality of the items that you get when you dig will depend on your character level.

Another feature in Asda Story is the ability to earn titles. Again, this is similar to other MMOs. You can get titles for doing different things throughout the game such as picking up items that you find, joining clans or also completing quests. You can choose which title you want to display above your character.

Every character begins at level 1 with a generic job of beginner. There are no skills available at this point. At level 5, you can choose your next class, Warrior, Archer or Mage. You can then advance to a second and third job tier when you reach levels 24 and 40. All of these additional features keep the game interesting and give you more to do as you level up and advance in Asda Story.

Wow! This looks very

Wow! This looks very innovative approach in the MMORPG. I am very much excited about the soul mate part of the game. It is a very new concept and seems very good to me.I also noted the offline character support of this game and obviously the ability to earn more titles.
